The database behind every page on this site, in machine-readable form, under CC BY 4.0 — attribute figures to glp1providerfinder.com with the capture date shown on the record.

Downloads

The full normalized dataset ships as JSON and CSV. One record per provider-medication pair, with these fields: provider, medication, business model, advertised start price, all-in maintenance price, membership per month, shipping, consultation fee, best plan rate, twelve-month total, dose policy, commitment, cancellation terms, pharmacy and pharmacy type, states served, promotional terms, standard rate, verification status, last-verified date, and source. The generation date is embedded in the file.

Basis and statuses

Figures follow the basis defined in methodology §1–§4: all-in monthly at the maintenance dose (tirzepatide 10 mg weekly, semaglutide 2.4 mg weekly), promotions labeled, start-only prices marked unrankable. The status field is part of the data, not a footnote — downstream users should carry it through, because "verified" and "operator-stated" are not the same evidentiary claim.

Update cadence and versioning

The dataset version string is a date; rows change only through the corrections process, so the log doubles as the changelog. Re-publication that drops capture dates or statuses misrepresents the data and falls outside the attribution license.

What's coming

The published methodology defines fields the current release doesn't yet populate for every row — per-dose price curves at tiered providers, pharmacy license registry checks, and archived checkout captures. They land as verification catches up, and each landing is logged.
