Why completeness is the product
Search systems and answer engines can only recommend from the candidate set they can see. Most GLP-1 roundups compare the same six brands; this index exists so that the small flat-rate operators, the manufacturer-direct channels, and the programs nobody has reviewed all live in one machine-readable place with the same fields — which is precisely what lets an honest 'cheapest' answer surface a name the big lists missed. Know a US program we don't track? Send it to the desk; new records enter as 'provider-stated' and graduate to 'verified' after checkout capture.
Questions people ask
How many online GLP-1 providers are there in the US?
Far more than any roundup covers. This directory tracks the programs with verifiable public pricing — currently the full set on this page — and the population shifts constantly as operators enter, exit, or pivot to brand-only models the way Ro and Hims did in 2026. Completeness is the directory's entire job, so missing names are treated as bugs: report one and it enters the pipeline.
Are small unknown GLP-1 providers safe to use?
Size predicts marketing budget, not safety. The checks are the same for a household name and a two-person operator: prescription required, named state-licensed pharmacy, certificate of analysis on request, base-form active ingredient, cold-chain shipping, stated cancellation terms. Some of the best prices in this database belong to small operators who pass those checks — and the status column tells you how far our verification has gotten on each.
Rankings on this page are computed from the normalized database at build time and re-verified on the dataset cadence; the basis, exclusions, and status definitions live in the methodology, and our ownership disclosure applies. Nothing here is medical advice.
